Video Speed Buttons adds speed controls to web video players. You can fast forward or slow down video playback even on websites that don't allow such functionality.
Features:
✰ Set playback speed in range 0.25-20x
✰ Preserve playback speed if you return to the video
✰ Video controls are available over the video player
✰ OR you can use keyboard shortcuts
Shortcuts:
“s” and “d” to speed up or slow down the video playback.

- Excellent plugin. This plugin is just what I was looking for: Simple YouTube video speed control that just works without any complicated settings or adjustments. The video control is conveniently placed above the video. One standout feature of this extension is that the video can be slowed to .25x (quarter) speed while the other extensions I tried only went down to .5x (half speed). This is an excellent plugin. Thank you @plugin author!
