Hide your bookmark even when opening new tabs

You probably don't want anyone to see your bookmarks while sharing your screen. Althought Chrome allows you to disable bookmark view, it is not able to hide the bookmarks when opening new tab.
The solution here is to move all your top-level bookmarks into one folder by simply clicking "Hide" and when you want to bring it back, you could just click "Display".
