Users with this new version will receive a notification to accept or reject the call from the top of their chrome window. Accepting will automatically open the pop out dialer window. Learn more here! Bugs that were fixed: Completed Email Steps were reappearing after sending the email Only required fields will initially show when linking a lead to a CRM record --Version 1.6.4-- Submitted on Mar 28, 2025 Bugs that were fixed: Call notes were erasing from the dialer notes menu as they were being typed or during different call states Cadence call steps were not clearing after completion Cadence filters were not being remembered when opening a new tab or beginning a new cadence Navigation between cadences was not working correctly causing a refresh of contacts Rhythm tasks were initially loading on the Cadence menu Recurring meetings were not functioning consistently Minor UI fixes in the dialer menu Search box was overlaying the edit person menu option Some tooltips were spilling over the frame of the extension Localization improvements to tab headers --Version 1.6.3-- Submitted on Mar 20, 2025 Bug Fixes/Improvements Cadence steps were freezing or very slow for some users. We found a likely culprit and applied a fix for this. Click to Call buttons will now show on additional types of phone number fields in Salesforce. Fixed a Call Notes issue where entered text was deleted as it was typed. Fixed an issue where the company name was not being added correctly when creating a new person record. Automation rules will now fire correctly when logging a call. Recurring or Private meetings were incorrectly being lofted, this has been fixed. Some users were having issues with their authorization tokens causing frequent signouts, this has been resolved. Lofted emails were occasionally failing to register as activities, which has been fixed. --Version 1.6.2-- Submitted on Mar 14, 2025 Bug Fixes/Improvements We’ve made the Focus Zone memory much more sticky. Choose Cadences for example and each new tab will default to that choice. Addressed an issue with system notifications that could sometimes cause an incoming call to drop. --Version 1.6.1-- Submitted on Mar 11, 2025 Bug Fixes/Improvements Fixed an issue where users with the same names but different email addresses were not being lofted correctly.
