TBH no clue how they make money, and truthfully it doesn't even matter. They only open the extension when you add something to the cart, which further shows how they aren't trying to convince you to buy something. Also they changed the landing page of the app itself from viewing the items you saved to viewing random stores. Totally useless now, would delete if not for the items I've saved with their respective sizes.

It places a button on MANY websites in the top-right corner, which is obtrusive on some sites (as you can't click on things underneath it). I really don't need it on sites, where I'm house-searching etc, and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove it. A feature, that would have been very welcomed (if it could actually help me find the things I bought cheaper, than I found myself).

I also would like to mention their great customer service. Last week, I was having a problem with the site showing my favorite stores. I was afraid that I would have to delete my account and start over. However, they kept emailing me with any updates they had and was patient with me while we try to resolve the issue, and now it works great again.
