- Firstly install the plugin.
- Go to Messages on the Instagram web.
- Click the one message
- You will show "Download" button under the voice messages.
- Click the download.
- (Press CTRL+S or CMD+S) or (Right click and 'Save Audio As..')
Note: If you don't see "Download" button, please refresh the page.

The App is easy to use and saves to m4a format, but my preference is mp3, if that could be implemented soon. Excellent App and sooo much better that Chrome's Audio Capture App.
