Don't get me wrong, I know that it's trying to help me out, but there are times where I visit a site and it pops up multiple times. It has no timeout, you have to close it yourself. Fix this or add controls to how often it pops up, or add an animation to the pinned icon when an offer is available, but in it's current form it's pretty annoying even if beneficial.
