Their AI is worse than the free version of chatGPT - it makes up titles of non-existing papers and provide non-existing links. When I complained, they claimed it's because my country does not allow Researchgate and similar nonsense. When I tried to cancel, I was blocked from my account and unable to cancel and had to cancel my card as they would ignore my pleas for cancellation. They keep changing the name and looks of their website and do not respond to my emails. Scammers.
