Mário McCartney 2021-04-16: There's no option to download it for Mac, I tried to install, but as far as I Know, the two possibilities are to add in on Windows systems or Android.
Martin Jelínek 2021-01-25: The app is very god. But I just installed all my apps from old phone (Pixel 2) to new one (Pixel 5) and the phone keeps thinking that the app is on the desktop. When I open google finance in standard chrome window, the popup to add desktop icon doesn't show up. Even when I load this chrome web store page on my phone, it says "added to desktop" but I don't have any options to remove it. I tried everything, how to get the shortcut on desktop back. Loading it from incognito mode, from Google Go app. In both apps, the popup to add it on desktop appears but after I click the button to add it, it just doesn't do anything. Thats why I think it is in some weird state where it thinks it is on the desktop but it actually is not. Is there anything I can do about it? Btw uninstalling Chrome updates doesn't help.
Reed Markley 2020-01-25: I rate this 2 stars since it will not correctly present data on the NYSE equity VOC Energy Trust Unit - symbol VOC. When I type in VOC, I get data on Vocus, an Australian outfit. Need to search NYSE first.

Brandon McMath 2017-03-28: Why did Google Finance stop reporting on Dividends? SPHIX has a dividend every month and it just randomly stopped over a year ago. Feature Request: If you want portfolios to be great, add reinvestment of dividends feature. Also, performance results aren't including dividend output just price inflation/deflation.

Ian Schwartz 2015-09-17: This is a good app is you are willing to put the time in to learn how it works. It is not as user friendly as yahoo finance, but you can access far more historical information on a stock, ETF, and any kind of investment. After learning how to use it, it is almost as good as Morningstar(a $200 per year database).
