An extension that can send and receive pushes for Pushover.net
An unofficial Pushover extension to send and receive notifications from Pushover.net
You can send selected text, images, and current tab URLs to other devices using your own App Key and App Tokens.
You can register your chrome browser as a device which allows you to send messages to it from other devices.

- This extension requires almost the maximum level of privileges. That seems excessive for the functionality it achieves.

- Glad someone made this; the current desktop implementation is using a really outdated practice that barely works!

- Asks for the password in plain text. When notifications show up it says how many you have, but doesn't show the contents. With a few adjustments from the arthur this extension could work really well.
