(2019-06-20) Pedro Vivancos: It doesn't work so many times. There are a lot of days I cannot add emails to the CRM just because the plugin is off and it is not possible to activate it. When you contact support they just ask you if you have Chrome updated.

Two relatively minor features would put it in league with Copper and others. * Creating/managing Leads from Gmail (a sales CRM is about managing sales opportunities, not yet another place for raw contact data... and this fails to be that). * A minimize Toggle to push it off to the right, so that it works alongside Sales Navigator, FullContact, or other such plugins without scrunching email text down to ~10 pixels.
(2019-03-30) Rob Delavega: I just downloaded the extension onto my Chrome browser, trying to use it in Gmail, however whenever I switch to a different email the contact info on the nutshell panel does not change. It sticks to the first email that you choose, will not move or change with the next email selection unless I refresh Gmail,

Works better than the previous plugin with more functionality and capabilities (like adding or editing contact info, seeing what leads they're associated to, etc...) I look forward to seeing this evolve and grow into a robust extension for managing my nutshell within gmail (and vice versa). Great work team Nutshell keep it up!

We've been using Nutshell's integration with gmail in Chrome for awhile now (a year?), and it's just stopped working -- maybe a month ago? We've been hand entering leads that come through email, but it's just not sustainable. Is there a fix? We've double-checked that the extension is activated. Thanks.

We are not able to see the nutshell panel any longer. Is there an issue. We have disabled other extensions to ensure there is not a conflict.

Can't get this to work I've just switched from Copper because N looks better in several aspects. But the Chrome extension doesn't seem to do.... anything. Unlike the Copper extension which worked quite well.

Hi. I have installed the Nutshell extension, but it cannot seem to open it/get it working with my gmail account. I have tried everything! (I think!). Please help. Also, when I was first looking into Nutshell I was told that I could use the extension with iMail, which I use for all of my gmail folders, etc. across multiple accounts. One of our sale peoples has two computers one auto added "BCC" with "[email protected]" when she sent out email to her clietns. However, the other computer doesn't. Please tell us if she miss to configure something? Thanks Phi

Hi there, Is there any way to remove the sidebar panel from Gmail? I just find it obstructive so was wondering if there's a way we can keep the mail sync with Nutshell without the side panel being permanently attached to my Gmail?

hello I just downloaded the Chrome extension and I'm trying to use it in Gmail. However the nutshell information panel sticks to the original email contact info. When I click on a different email the nutshell information does not change unless I refresh Gmail itself.
