Instagram.com runs own account ranking system, that's why some accounts will not be allowed sending messages. Reading Direct Messages will be available in any case for all our users.
NOTE:
If you are logged out from Instagram after sending a message, this means that your account was tagged by Instagram.com as a suspicious one (or something like that). Unfortunately we can't do anything about that.

it's great to allow me to read and send insta DM on my chrome！！！
Very good to have when u have friends Dm I would like it to not have many errors or fail to send but I love it.

I can't dm. I can only read the messages. It keeps logging me out for some reason as well. I really hope you guys fix this!! I believe that you guys can do it. Thank you and hopefully, in the future, we'll be able to fix it.
