Keep your Distro scheduling tools beside the page you're working on. Open the Chrome side panel to share a booking link, offer meeting times, update your availability or review a meeting without losing your place.

BOOKING LINKS AND SUGGESTED TIMES
• Find your personal and team booking links and keep frequently used links in Favorites.
• Copy links, create single-use links and share a selection of available meeting times.
• Choose a timezone and book an available slot through your connected Distro account.

AVAILABILITY AND MEETINGS
• View and update your weekly working hours.
• Review upcoming meetings, attendees, meeting status and joining links.
• Open eligible meetings in Distro to reschedule or cancel them.

SHORTCUTS WHERE YOU WORK
• Type di/ in supported message editors to insert a Distro booking link.
• Insert suggested meeting times into a Gmail draft.
• Open matching Distro bookings from Google Calendar and use no-show controls where available.
• Start configured sales handoffs from the browser, Gmail or supported HubSpot and Salesforce records. These features depend on your workspace settings and integrations.
• Open the scheduling command palette with Alt+Shift+D, or change the shortcut in Chrome.

MAKE IT YOURS
Choose System, Light or Dark appearance and control which browser integrations are enabled.

GET STARTED
1. Install Distro and pin it to the Chrome toolbar.
2. Open the side panel and sign in to your Distro account.
3. Check your connected workspace, then start sharing links or scheduling meetings.

A Distro account is required. Booking availability depends on a calendar connected in Distro. Team links, CRM actions and sales handoffs depend on your account permissions and workspace configuration.
