- Why would someone pretend to have a functioning app? I did get my pdf to appear as an image as .doc in Word (allegedly). .Docx did not work. Useless. I should bill for a wasted 30 minutes, but this company obviously would not care. You get what you pay for, I suppose

- This app is great however, it lacks the update of the newest files, so if we use it for one time in a day the next time we open it, the files we just uploaded will not be there. But over all it's great. or maybe I don't know how to use it properly, please comment on how to use it.
