- (2025-06-16) Philip Wels: This plugin has been a huge help for me to break the scrolling habit on my work computer. I'm not thrilled with the changes in the latest update. I used to be able to scroll down the page about "half a page length" on Facebook, this would allow me to check in on the pages I manage or just look at my feed, but stopped me from spending too much time there. The latest update disables scrolling completely, which means I'm more likely to disable the plugin when I need to check the sites, and is less useful for my purposes.
