  • (2025-04-18) armand cheveux: GAME OVER !! Notix has won, it is the #1 clipper ! BRAVO et MERCI ! After trying every web clipper out there (yep, I'm that obsessive tool-hunter šŸ˜…), I can finally stop searching. This is IT! Why it's amazing: Lightning fast ⚔ Perfect formatting (finally!) Smart templates that work Quick tip: template setup might look techy at first, but super worth the 5min learning curve. First time ever I'm not looking for alternatives - and trust me, that's saying something! p.s. To the Notix team: vous avez gĆ©rĆ©!
  • (2025-04-16) Joe Mahoney: strong extension but make sure you use chrome if you want to rely on it regularly - its probably the browser but sometumes it doesnt operate continuosly in vivaldi (my primary browser) - i will test it on Arc and brave as well. keep working on it its a great idea and definite;y getting there!
  • (2024-12-16) derrick g: Its not working in Vivaldi, also deceptive marketing as there are no indication this has charges in the extension info It turns out the free version is way too limited and the pro version is a monthly cost which is not advertised on the page. You have to install the product, set it up to give permission to Notion and then only discover its not free. Also why have storage limits for screenshots, what's the meaning of that the only interaction and storage I need is in notion or my browser not in any extra cloud storage. Limited and the cost should be a one off not the same every month
  • (2024-11-02) Andrew Robertson: Still working through the details. Hopefully a helpful toool
  • (2024-09-29) LaĆs MaranhĆ£o: I’ve tried so many notion web clippers and honestly, notix is the first one that really works exactly the way I want. I’ve had other tools that kind of got the job done, but there was always something missing whether it was clunky formatting or having to manually adjust things afterward. Now I can actually edit the text before sending it over to notion, which is super handy. No more copy and pasting and hoping it looks right once its in notion. I can make my tweaks upfront and know it’s going to show up just the way I want. But what has really impressed me is how everything arrives in Notion perfectly organized. The properties are filled in (you can configure everything upfront) theres the page title, URL and even a cover image! I mean that alone saves me so much time. I dont have to worry about going in afterward to fill in the gaps or add those details manually. It’s all just there, perfectly set up like magic lol. I also love the way of taking screenshots. You can capture the visible part of the page, the entire page or paste images from your own tool. Its so flexible and makes content organization much easier. If you happen to love templates, it also allows you to drag the information from a web page right into your Notion with custom blocks which keeps everything uniform. I dont even have something bad to say, some features a premium, but the price is very affordable, even for me that lives in brazil and the covertion to dollars always makes things suuuper expensive here. Overewall it made my workflow so much smoother, and I can’t recommend it enough!
  • (2024-09-10) jiang jason: Very innovative Notion extension, the following features impressed me: 1. You can take screenshots when saving Notion Note. 2. You can freely choose modes such as chat, image generation, prompt generation. 3. Automatically generate chat Flow/Tree.
  • (2024-09-05) Suzannah Porter: The screenshot and the taking of a video are top notch. The filling in of field properties is arguably better than "Save to Notion". But there is not a default capability of clipping a distraction free version of the page (a la readability or it's like), which is really necessary to get the knowledge into the page. This capability is becoming increasingly important as notion continues to develop it's AI to function off of the data in your workspace. That data is what the AI will be using to answer your questions, and you will need it to be only the text you save. Related, there is the issue of selective clipping. At the moment, I can select and clip it to notion, but I cannot make multiple selections and clip it, thereby defining what gets put into my database. When that is rolled out, I would definitely consider turning to Notix from "Save to Notion"
  • (2024-08-18) Art-ong Songdon: The best alternative to Save content to Notion!
  • (2024-08-14) Just Sturgis: Premise is purely 5 stars. Functionality is 4-5 stars. At first, I could not figure it out. For some reason it could not find any of my Notion pages/DBs. I uninstalled/reinstalled, connected/disconnected several times and nothing ever showed up so I uninstalled. Forgot about it and reinstalled it today (weeks after the first install) and it instantly recognized my Notion account and surprisingly I was able to search for and find the DBs I needed. So after a rough start I am able to use it and review! :-) It is nice to be able to fill in details right in the clipper (very similar to the Airtable clipper), but it also is cumbersome to have to fill in the details right in the clipper. There is something nice about one click and go (OG Notion clipper). That said, I guess I would use this alongside the OG Notion clipper. Use Notion Clipper when I need to clip fast, use Notix when I need detail. From that standpoint, the Notix extension is outstanding. On the other hand, I am not sure I will use this extension enough to warrant paying monthly for it. If it was a lifetime option I would probably grab it. I'll try it out for a few weeks and see if I use it enough to pay for it. If I do use it, I think the value will match up.
  • (2024-07-19) Omega Brewer-Gonzalez: This extention is a Godsend for my ADHD brain. I've tried other versions, but this is this the most user friendly. I highly recommend.
  • (2024-07-18) Carlos Reyes BarrĆa: So far it's a great extension! Just what I need (and somehow it's more...I don't know, amicable than Notion to web?)
  • (2024-07-10) Stefan Hugo: Not sure why this won't work in my Arc browser?
  • (2024-07-10) L Chan: This extension has been a lifesaver—it does exactly as described. It provides a quick and easy way to save articles, resources, and to-read items for later access. This prevents me from having too many distracting tabs open and makes it easier to find what I need later. I love the functionality that allows you to highlight and save specific text, rather than entire websites, as well as direct tagging for searchability.
  • (2024-06-17) Eva: I initially struggled to get the Notix extension working properly. It was grabbing pages inaccurately, and I couldn't find any help resources. However, after some troubleshooting, I discovered that the issue was caused by conflicting browser extensions. Here’s what I did to fix it: Paused or disabled any extensions that might interfere with web browsing, such as VPNs, tab managers, or third-party web security tools. Closed all browser windows. Cleared cookies, cache, and browser history (saving important bookmarks in a temporary folder). Manually deleted persistent cookies. Restarted my computer. After these steps, the extension worked flawlessly! Just clicking the icon allowed me to use the web clipping feature seamlessly. It was truly a šŸŽ‰HOORAYšŸŽ‰ moment! For those encountering similar issues, these troubleshooting steps might seem like overkill, but I assure you they are 100% worth it. As an avid writer and researcher who also happens to be neurodivergent, I find this tool incredibly exciting. The Notix: Notion Web Clipper breathes life into the organization of my research topics, allowing me to create wikis quickly with customizable templates that include AI integration for smart prompting šŸ¤“šŸ¤Æ. I will be able to tackle many more of my ideas a lot faster, including my cookbook. I am so excited that you can even save how-to's using screen recording macros, and accept videos as well as pictures—all saved to the cloud! I am genuinely thrilled about the endless possibilities this brings to my workflow. Special thanks to the AI help assistant on the Notion.so website for guiding me through the process. Kudos to the developers for creating such an amazing tool. If you ever need a researcher or tester, I'm ready and eager to join the Notion team. This product is a lifesaver! Thank you, Notion team, for making such incredible products!
  • (2024-06-13) Chris Hyatt: Notix is my new favorite app for web clipping. I tried all of them but this one is the best and easiest straight out of the box.
  • (2024-06-10) Becky Raymond (Becky and Amy): I was amazed at how easy it was to just click the icon and have all the fields I needed be available so I could quickly save some instructions I needed. My other clipper had failed me and I saw this one and gave it a shot. I'm a little glad my other one failed. This one is so smooth.
  • (2024-05-12) Tony Robertozzi: This is already a great web clipper it already has features no other has such a step recording, this is very valuable to me. I am looking forward to seeing the options coming in the furture, I mean the tool is flexible enough to do what i am looking for but I can see that someone is thinking outside the box. You should give this a shot you won't be disappointed.
  • (2024-05-10) Andrii Tarasenko: The app is a really good tool for quickly saving the information I need in a convenient place. This tool saved me from opening many windows in my browser at the same time and endlessly searching for the right tab. Thank you for your work!
  • (2024-05-02) cindy scaccia (GroovyGirl180): As someone who struggles with ADD, staying organized has been a lifelong challenge. I have tried a gazillion things (like apps (I delete them when my phone slows down), calendars (I forget to check them), sticky notes (my house is wallpapered in them), and every kind of reminder I could think of-then end up ignoring; pop-up reminders, loud & shrill reminders, reminders that speak at me, lol. However, Notion is the ONLY system I've used that has offered me everything I need to compartmentalize my life. I can't get by without it. Now, if they just designed a Notion reminder that could call my phone and give me a message...o
  • (2024-04-23) Julia Kriss: I've been pleasantly surprised to find that this is one of those rare gems of an extension that is actually useful for work and personal tasks. I use Notix at work to compile data and then make it easy to access and digest and I use it at home to collect jewelry making tutorials and digital resources. I absolutely love love love how you can totally customize your clip and control what information gets sent to notion and in what format. The built in AI sometime helps sometimes doesn't do anything but that's easily forgiven as I know that it's still being developed. So far I've been able to use this extension fully without having to pay anything however I'd gladly pay a reasonable fee if it ever comes to that.
  • (2024-02-21) quality tested Products: Amazing app!
  • (2024-02-20) Marijn de Haan: I have several e-commerce businesses and I've found Notix to be an invaluable tool for gathering market insights and competitor analysis. The ability to save detailed product pages, customer reviews, and pricing strategies directly into my Notion workspace has streamlined my research process. Notix's screenshot feature also allows me to visually compare competitor marketing tactics and web design. Notix has become a cornerstone of my e-commerce strategy development.
  • (2024-02-20) Ivelina Niftyhontas: I’ve been globetrotting as a digital nomad and recently stumbled upon Notix. It's been a game-changer for organizing my travels within Notion. I can clip and save all sorts of travel blogs, booking sites, and local guides directly into my workspace. The screenshot feature lets me keep visual reminders of places I want to visit, and custom templates organize my itineraries perfectly. It's like having a personal travel assistant in my browser. For anyone managing their journey on the go, Notix is indispensable.
  • (2024-02-13) Gwynne Medeleine Sanger: Recently, I started using Notix for my food blog. It's honestly such a lifesaver! I can grab recipes and images from any site and they just pop right into my Notion. The best part? I can edit stuff right in the browser – like adding my own notes or tweaking the recipe a bit. And the AI summarizing thing is pretty cool too, especially for long articles. If you're juggling a lot of info and need to keep it organized, you've gotta check out Notix.
  • (2024-02-07) Patrick Sta.Maria: I started using Notix to research real estate properties. With it I could easily store all information from different websites - the image is generated automatically because it takes the thumbnail of the website. So I would always have a preview in my database. Since then it took over as a tool I use everyday. Notions own web clipper is way too limited for extensive research so I fall in love with the possibilities of this tool. If you use the internet and have notion this tool is a must-try for you. My favorite features: screenshot tool, ai auto filling, custom templates.
  • (2024-02-05) Nicolas Walter: I've been using the Notix.so extension for a while now, and it's absolutely transformed the way I capture and organize information from the web into Notion. The AI-powered features, like auto-filling and summarizing, save me a ton of time. Custom templates make my notes instantly organized, and the ease of adding screenshots is a game-changer. Whether you're capturing recipes, research, or just daily reads, Notix.so streamlines the process beautifully. It's intuitive, efficient, and a true productivity booster. Highly recommend!
  • (2024-01-30) Sebastian Walter: I love this extension. I use it almost daily to save recipes, create bug reports and create follow up tickets directly from gitlab comments. This saves me quite some time since it can directly include a screenshot, the cookie and the url. I also use the AI capabilities and let the title and description of the ticket be directly created with the context of the selected text. Recently, they released the how-to-guides feature which allows to create automated how-to-guides by simply walking through the workflow similar to tango.us and scribehow.com, but as a document in Notion. I liked tango.us but since we use Notion everywhere this fits my use case much better. Previously, I used savetonotion.com, but the extension was rather buggy and a bit ugly (compared to what I am used to with Notion). Also it was a bit annoying that I couldn't directly edit the content of the page. This is really well done in Notix.
