- This app does not work at all. I don't see the point of it. I've set it to different values to try to get it to work, but it fails each and every time. It's as if it's not even installed.

- In the settings, you can specify a maximum of 200 messages. A higher number would be preferable.

- Simple and straight forward, cut down the chat history and only keep a limited amount of history visible in the browser without impacting the usability, significantly reduce the lag when using chatgpt!

- They should call this "Lightning Session"!!! I'm tell you man, this just increased my productivity by about 30%!! My "iteration speed" is now so fast on long chats that it's like I went from cutting my lawn with scissors to a lawn mower! Thank you soooo much!!! P.S. Just to clear up a common misconception: Lightsession only clips what the browser displays. The AI still sees the entire chat history, so long threads keep full context. I tested it by asking for a summary of the entire chat, and it got everything right, even the stuff at the very start. So, the context is intact, and its lightning fast! ⚡

- This extension is SO helpful! Was thrilled to find it when I was having a lengthy ChatGPT conversation involving lots of code snippets, it became laggy, slow and kept crashing. This little gem really did the trick and helped speed things up so I could continue working at a reasonable speed. Thank you for creating this!

- Not bad, but after some time, the extension doesn't clear out the chat anymore. I don't know if it's just an issue on my end, but when I refresh the page so that the extention can clear out the messages, it just... doesn't. I'm forced to reinstall it just to fix it.

- Downloaded and installed the app. Works great at reducing and nearly eliminating lag time I was experiencing waiting for AI responses, typing my responses, etc. I just want to know if I have access to the entire conversation within ChatGPT. I searched for terms I used earlier in the week and no results were returned. I hope I haven't lost my entire conversation. I gave the app four stars because it does what creator stated, but I am concerned about conversation loss.

- I was told this exentsion definitely speeds up Chat GPT when the thread gets really long. It does this by clipping the thread, set in my case to 15 lines of the thread. I was also under the impression that ChatGPT can still see the entire history of the thread to keep context, which is the entire point of having a long thread. But it doesn't. GPT can only see back 15 lines for any contextual history. Don't believe me? Ask what the first line in the thread was. If the entire thread was remembered, it would show you the first prompt in the thread. But it doesn't. It will show you the last message 15 lines back. So it actually the defeats the entire purpose of keeping a long thread. Sure, GPT doesn't lock up, but it also doesn't keep context.

- Installed it earlier today and so far it has worked like a charm. I was really frustrated with the lag in long conversations & installing this extension immediately fixed it. L ess important, but I also like the little reminder popup at the bottom-right that the plugin is working when I first enter a conversation; I haven't needed to adjust the default query display number, but it's nice to be reminded it's an option. Just a thoughtful little addition I like

- This is a game changer for me, but lately ive noticed it will trim the conversation when the URL to a chat is loaded but seems to stop trimming as each message is posted. having to reload the page now and again, is this a bug?
