This app affects valuable time that could be spent on studies. When we log out of our cpu's the whole app disappears then we have to download all over again. 3. It is so inconvenient to try and download again because even now as I type, when I wish to click 'Launch App,' Nothing happens! Something really needs to be done. Especially if we are MBA candidates and want easy access to our course materials. We paid for our studies, why not just let the ebook materials be a PDF (even if read ony!) and put it straight in our DBU online access accounts. I spend about 30 min - hour to try and get access to my ebook again, time wasted which should have been used for study. PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE, something really needs to be done about UText
