- Paid for annual subscription on October 1st 2025. The license was no longer valid in March 2026. Gumroad states that the subscription, that I paid for, was cancelled because the person removed the product from their platform. I understand if they don't want to use that platform anymore but cancelling a license after receiving payment is not right and a dishonest way to run a business. They could have just stopped accepting new subscriptions through Gumroad while still honoring their subscribers that had faith in them early on.

Typically, this error (“Your card was not charged”) happens when the payment processor declines the transaction for reasons like: Card-issuing bank declining the payment Country restrictions or bank security blocks Insufficient funds or expired card VPN or IP-related security triggers Here’s what I recommend: If you've had a chargeback before, use a new card and email address. Double-check with your bank or card provider to ensure there are no blocks or restrictions. Try using a different card or payment method (e.g., PayPal if available).
