• (2025-07-06) Fabricio M. S.: Just used Arcade to create my first demo and was surprised at how intuitive the whole process was. Hit record, went through my workflow, and it automatically captured everything - clicks, scrolls, the works. Adding tooltips and guidance was straightforward too.

• (2025-05-08) Megan Dorcey: I've been an Arcade user for quite some time now, and I'm always really impressed by the velocity of new features. The latest AI launch has made it insanely easy to churn out high-quality click tours of the product. It probably took me an hour and a half (maybe longer?) to create a tour in the past, but with this new feature release, it's shaved that down to 30-45 minutes from start to finish including screen recording.

Interactive demos are now the best way to engage with potential buyers. Today's users are not satisfied with a slick video or a pre-recorded demo - they want active participation! Trials are expensive and difficult to manage - use Arcades instead to give buyers a 'taste' of your product leaving them wanting to find out more.

So far, it’s exactly what I was hoping for — genuinely excited about this tool. If things keep going well, we’ll be using it for both demos and customer support.

It's easy to use, doesn't require any technical skills, and feels more like a creative tool than a traditional guided demo software. In fact, I don't think we've ever even used Arcade for a traditional guided demo on a service or produce page; we're using it to support educational content, long-form blog posts, and the like. Highly recommend.
