The Knowmax chrome extension brings information from your organization's KM platform into any tool or browser your team may use. With Knowmax's browser extension, your teams can access multiple content pieces simultaneously. All they will need to do is double-tap on the chrome extension widget on their browser and input relevant keywords for the content.

Steps to install the Knowmax chrome extension:
On the Chrome web store, search for Knowmax or click on this link directly.
Click on "Add to Chrome."
A pop-up asking, "Add 'Knowmax?'" will appear. Click on "Add extension" to proceed.
Once the extension is downloaded, a notification confirms that Knowmax has been added to Chrome.
To add the extension to your toolbar, click the jigsaw puzzle icon. Select Knowmax and click on "Pin."
To proceed, click on the Knowmax extension symbolized as "K." It will ask for the API domain and API token.
Note: API Domain: gateway.knowmax.io
To get the API token,
Kindly go to the Admin panel of the Knowmax platform and click on company settings.
Go to company settings, and copy the Integration token in the pop-up.
Paste this token in the "Add API token" section of the chrome extension and save.
7. After entering the API domain and token, you will be asked to input your username and password. An SSO option also appears.
8. (i) To log in without SSO, input your username and password to proceed.
(ii) To log in with SSO, click "SSO," and the user login screen will appear—log in with your credentials to complete the installation.
Kindly refresh the browser once you are logged in. You will then see a floating icon, "K," the Knowmax widget to easily access any content on the platform.
