Antibias hides user names and profile pictures on LinkedIn to reduce bias when screening job applicants.
This allows first impressions to form based on credentials and achievements–not superficial traits.
Antibias easily toggles on and off by clicking the extension icon–but you may not need to turn it off completely (read on!)
Hovering over a hidden name or photo on a user’s profile will reveal it. We recommend waiting to view these pieces of information until you’ve explored the candidate’s profile and decided whether or not to advance them in the hiring process.
