This extension blocks initial refresh/loading in background tabs.
This extension blocks background tabs from opening when Chrome starts, saving resources when using many tabs. When a background tab is selected, it will then load. To know how much memory it saves, test chrome startup with and without the extension.

While this may work in some versions of chrome, it isn't working on mine. Nothing happens pressing the button and there are no options, installed on kiwi mobile Chrome browser latest playstore build.

Sounds good, doesn't work!
Must be broken, since it doesn't do anything in the latest version of Chrome. I have 300 tabs that all are fully loaded every time I restart my computer. The instant any tab is clicked, it is displayed, with zero appearance of being "not loaded."
