- Not perfect but still amazing. Sometimes the extension succeeds in blocking the ad phase and allowing the video to continue, other times it fails but you can just refresh the page and usually continue from the retained playback position. As far as I'm concerned a censorious monopoly company like youtube is abusing its users by continually increasing the volume of ads it forces them to watch without purchasing a subscription. I have no qualms about using this great tool.

- So it definitely *blocks* the ads, but it doesn't stop the video from *trying* to play them, so I end up with the video stopping for several seconds while there's a black screen, and then when the video comes back it starts over at the beginning. Spark, you need to update, because YouTube's on to you...

- UPDATE- 11/9/2023: NO LONGER WORKS, ALMOST GOT MY PLAYER BLOCKED BECAUSE OF IT. I was TWO videos away from getting my yt video player blocked, but then I saw this extension and decided to try it out. As of 10/29/23, it works GREAT! It will momentarily pause a video from time to time as it blocks the ad that was coming, but I still don't have to sit through them, and I've gotten NO MORE warnings from Youtube about using an ad blocker. Thanks! :)

- This extension's main advantage is that it doesn't trigger Youtube's anti-adblocker at all, at least for now. The adblocker itself works great, but not top shelf; it blocks ads 99% of the time, but sometimes some ads are able to pass through. If this happens, just refresh the page.
