Rails Panel is a Chrome extension for Rails development that will end your tailing of development.log. Have all information about your Rails app requests right there in the Developer Tools panel. Provides insight to db/rendering/total times, parameter list, rendered views, text editor integration and more.
To use this extension you need to add meta_request gem to your app's Gemfile:

- (2015-09-17) This is an amazing tool to have at my disposal, but the inability to prevent it from scrolling down to (and selecting) the latest request all the time makes is extremely frustrating. I have some ajax polling on my page and when I try to go look at what I actually care about, it keeps jumping down to show me that my ajax polling happened... which I don't care about.
