Just as an FYI, if the price is a concern to you, I invite you to run through some manual translating through any of the studio-versions of ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini and look at the token-usage, then compare to pricing. - Great Manga Translator. Was searching for a translator which will make me feel close to reading professional translation. Torri offers just that. The translation feels fluent surprisingly not feels like machine translation. Recommended for those who can't wait for fan translation and wants to read raw manga as soon as published.

- working very well, other extensions about 50–70% of the text ends up outside the speech bubbles. Torii on the other hand, keeps the text inside the bubbles most of the time. There are still a few things that need improvement like some original text being left behind.. but I’ll give it some time.

- It's decent with translation, I've seen a couple of weird translations but overall it's fine. The pricing though is way too expensive, the cheapest option is 6 bucks which just offers 2500 tokens which honestly when I used them I would've preferred if I payed 2 or 3 bucks for them, I wouldn't have left off feeling a little bit ripped off. I would've loved it if the extension had a thing where you would get like 30 daily token like you get in the trial or maybe even 5 or 10 daily or maybe earn some by watching ads like mobile games do, but these prices are way too inflaterd for the service offered without much ways to earn them for free, if 0you put the price up that high at least counter balance it with something

- I was genuinely taken aback by Torii's quality when I first discovered it. While other translation extensions can get the job done, Torii takes everything to a whole new level. It lets you edit images in real time, and it’s incredibly fast — I uploaded around 20 manga panels and it processed them in under a minute. The web interface is simple, clean, and very user-friendly. The support is also extremely responsive, which I really appreciate. Torii even employs a range of fonts that complement each panel's style, and you can make the translations appear almost entirely natural with a little tweaking. Additionally, the image quality remains excellent. All things considered, it's unquestionably the best manga translation tool I've used. Highly recommended!

- I was a bit skeptical/hesitant at first, but decided to go through with it. I have no regrets. The process is actually quite easy and if you have any issues, you can contact the creator and they are actually really helpful. It works with all manga/manhwa sites that I've seen so far. Sometimes images on the page are loaded awkwardly, but the translator still manages to translate it without problem. Pricing for it is cheap and you get like 2500 pages/images for the cheapest option.

- People don't understand how complicated it is to translate manga/comic images. I invite everyone to try Google Translate Image & Yandex Translate to see the quality of the results for themselves. People who think that this kind of tool should be free or cheap are completely delusional. It's a high-quality tool that I recommend as a developper myself.

- The OCR is working so well and the translate is pretty accurate imo. So far this is one of the best manga translation I ever use and I enjoyed it. I like the skip page feature, that's small but turns out I really need it when there is a page full of vfx that I don't really need any translation. Thank you for the different font offers too. Oh this is only a minor feedback, maybe you can give some kind like preview for the fonts. I mean like, the font doesn't generate on the final picture, but rather I can customize it first in the preview page and then continue with the final.

- I came across Torii while trying to read a manga that hasn’t been translated in years, and honestly, I didn’t expect much—but I was seriously impressed. As a fan, what matters most to me is not just getting the words, but feeling the story the way the author intended. Torii nails that. The AI captures emotional tone really well, and even character personalities come through clearly in the translated dialogue. It works right from manga images, which saves a ton of time. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best tool I’ve found for reading raw chapters without ruining the overall vibe of the moment in dramatic scenes. If you’re into untranslated manga or tired of waiting for new chapters, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

- Really well designed and transparent. You can use the most recent llm and the speed is correct. I also like the credit system which comes cheaper than a monthly subscription for my usage.

- Not free and kinda expensive, you have to log in :c, developer is "angry" against people who rewiew bad (no good image for the product, didnt want to try ... i read through the other reviews) many other better FREE options e.g. google lens for us is free to use (devoloper will probably again say that "google has to pay for it as well as he does" but still free for us and will ask why i search for extionsion when i have better options (im searching for things which can impress me with some special extras or something etc. ) Free credits for good review ( so maybe not completly accurate ... devoloper will say "nah they dont review but cause of reward they do and they do how they want") complicated login procedure, too complicated to understand how it works, pro and con at the same time many different options for translation ... dont know which one to use... if it even worked ... doent do anything .... ALL IN ALL l: doesnt work, developer is kinda weird, expensive, better (free) options, i recommend not to use

- To be honest, I've been using other translation services, and this one is just superior in every aspect. Prices are very reasonable (15000 credits for 30$, without expiration, is an extremely good deal), bulk translate, multiple AI models, inpaint, able to individually fix and correct texts, move and resize, recolor... it's just endless features, and the few issues that were reported were fixed quickly by stringie on Discord. And the tool seems like it has more future ahead of it, like support for back-end developers, end-points and API support. The Chrome Extension is just the cherry on top.

- Tried it with the free trial and was very impressed with how accurate it was compared to other translating extensions. It uses a credit payment system, where you buy credits to use for translating instead of a subscription tier system, which for me was not a issue since I use Bookwalker JP coin system to purchase my manga (which this extension works amazing with). Even if it can't scan the image with one click you can use the screenshot or crop feature to translate it. If you're looking for an accurate translator for your manga catalog I highly recommend using Torii.

- The translator's functionality is amazing. What I need is automatic translation of images on Chinese shopping sites so I don't have to translate them one by one. However, Tori's pricing model is not favorable using a credit system and using 1 credit per image translated. This means that if I browse sites using auto-translate activated, it'll burn through credits very quickly, even for many images that I won't view. So the convenience is lost if I choose to translate images I want to read in order to save significant amounts of money. I'd easily pay top dollar for a one-time purchase but having to pay per image is too expensive for the long-term.

- This is the best AI image translation program out there and a game changer for me! For years I been waiting for certain works to be translated but it never happened. But with Torii I can do it myself! Not only does Torii make good quality translated works but it costs so little! For a human translator, it will cost $1 per page at least. But with Torii, it might not even cost a penny! I am extremely happy with this program and hope it will grow!
