Description from store Welcome to Chrome extension for TeamsID - Password Manager for Teams, Businesses and Families. Now you can auto-login using the TeamsID extension by hitting the login button TeamsID enables you to make sharing passwords easy and safe for everyone in your business or organization. TeamsID provides a flexible and powerful way to make sure all the right people have access to all those bits of information -- passwords, account numbers, codes, or other sensitive records -- that they need to get things done. If someone makes a change to a password or other record, it’s automatically shared with others who need it. So with TeamsID, everyone is up to date and there is no need to send bits and pieces of confidential information like passwords over email, IM, or voice mail. Getting started is easy - create an organization, set up appropriate teams, and then invite members into those teams. Then, anyone in a team can start creating records and making them available to others. You can also create confidential records that only you have access to. With everyone using TeamsID, your organization is more secure, team members spend less time looking for information, and everyone gets more work done.

  • (2019-10-19) Jacob Guardado: I want to like this extension more but it is missing key features/ pretty buggy: - Create password record from extension instead of having to go to the TeamsID website - Clicking on Fav thru the extension switches back to All every time. Search thru extension/scroll is buggy - Behavior across hidden/locked/visible settings for different users sometimes doesn't allow the password to be copied. - One core functionality of TeamsID I don't appreciate is that sharing by Team member does not allow Admin (as far as I can tell) visibility into what records are shared with that user. My workaround is to create a Team for each user (User - [First Name]) thus allowing me to know what exactly is shared with that person. Baffling to experience this major oversight for what should be an obvious standard functionality for Admin. As a result, I do not share records with users, only teams. All that said, this PWM satisfies my organizations needs in subtle ways that Dashlane, LastPass, failed to do.
  • (2018-09-08) Tim Jasper: Fantastic password program. I was looking for SSO using google for a password vault. This has this and more!
  • (2018-07-13) Luke Paverd: TeamsID is very buggy. Here are a few examples: 1. Search in web app does not work 2. Login assist works about 50% of the time 3. Breaks 10% of web pages The user interface is badly designed. I chose TeamsID because it integrates with GSuite. It's better than not having a password manager, but almost every feature is buggy. My recommendation - choose something else.
  • (2018-06-18) Charlie Meyer: Not the best for just personal but very good for shared password environments.
  • (2017-10-24) Michelle Woodward: This does the bare minimum - it fills in usernames and passwords on my current page, without having to go to teamsid.com to copy and paste. However, even that function only works 70% of the time, and there's a lot of other features I would expect that are lacking. 1) I have to log in constantly. And, this is small but annoying - I have to click "log in" I can't just press enter on my keyboard. 2) The scrolling feature is so slow, it doesn't make sense to use it. I generally have to type into the searchbar to find the site I'm looking for 3) I can't add new sites from the plugin. I need to manually go to teamsid.com to add new usernames and passwords instead of having it recognize when I've created a new account somewhere.
  • (2017-06-09) Brian Critchlow: It does nothing for me. I cannot log in at all, and back when I was able to, it didnt support autofil or any useful feature that I needed. As a personal user of Dashlane it is far superior as far as the chrome extension goes.
  • (2017-02-04) Doug Lacombe: I agree with DJ Penix - nice UI, easy to use, integration with Google Apps/G Suite is a major plus. However, at the moment you can't hide passwords from your team (unlike Dashlane for example) although that apparently is in an upcoming release. As DJ said, its auto-fill and auto-login functions are sporadic at best. Plus it doesn't offer to remember credentials on new sites. Dashlane does a better job of all this at the moment, albeit that the Dashlane UI is kind of ugly and Dashlane can only integrate with G Suite via SAML, not as a easy to install marketplace app. We used to use Okta but it was too expensive due to enterprise features our small biz didn't need. Dashlane comes close to Okta at a tenth the price. If TeamsID catches up with Dashlane, they'll have a winner!
  • (2016-12-29) Dj Penix: Pros: For centralized password management and collaboration with a team, the app does a very good job. Simple, but does what we need. I also really like the integration with Google Apps. This would allow easy account management of employees. Cons: Where it falls short compared to other tools such as LastPass is the auto-fill and auto-login functionality. On almost every site record I have, the system fails to populate either the username & password, and in some cases, will even put a username in a non-related login field such as a "Search" text field. This causes users to need to manual copy/paste for almost every site they enter. This is not very efficient or productive. While not perfect, my evaluation of LastPass so far gets about 95% of the auto-fill fields correct. TBD: I have also submitted a few bug issues to support. I will update my rating and experience based upon their communication back to me.
