- This extension is somewhat pointless. It requires you to enter your VirusTotal API key to use it, which is a nuisance for regular users, and the rate limits on VirusTotal make it even less practical for both me and the average user. The process is slow, impractical, and provides no additional layer of security when browsing the internet. On top of that, it lacks any feature to actually block malicious sites. Just use the VirusTotal website. No need to run an extension for every little thing. I ended up giving this a 5 star review since someone may have a genuine use for it.
