- (2019-03-31) It used to work great but over the past 6 months it's slowly gotten worse and is pretty much worthless at this point. Emails don't send, it loses connection to my email account, customers get 5 email duplicates instead of 1. Overall has become very frustrating as a tool.

- (2014-01-16) Thomas Kennedy: Tout is the industry standard in PR outreach, for good reason. It is highly intuitive with massive and nuanced functionality--a rare combo. There is really nothing that I would want it to be able to do that it doesn't already do. Tout is just about the only service I subscribe to that I can say that about.

Works well with google mail and google apps for business. The support is wonderful as well. My only suggestions would be to add better reporting features, and lower monthly cost for premium subscriptions.
- (2013-02-12) tout's extension is just OKAY. for multi-Gmail account users, the app doesn't remember if you chose NOT to sync with a particular account, so the request always appears. also, the tout email icon on webpages sometimes is way too large or distorts text. great service, but the extension needs some work.

I am able to keep colleagues updated on my progress and monitor their individual level of interest in my work (as measured by their click-through and response rates). You really must add this to your tool box.

Now that I am "sold", can't imagine going by without it. So happy I found this app! (ps. found it on the mashable article.) Suggestion: Not sure how relevant tracking is to the general business crowd...for sales yes, but beyond that I wouldn't heavily market the extra feature.

- (2012-06-29) Krista Carnes: I was a very early user of ToutApp and just re-signed up for a new position. So happy to learn some of the earlier hiccups have been resolved and the whole experience feels easier and faster. If you're in Marketing, Sales, PR, Biz Dev or any other position where you find yourself constantly cutting and pasting old emails and hoping you've made all the updates before pushing send, ToutApp will be your best friend.

I absolutely need my Google Attachments To Drive extension and when I install Tout, I lose the ability to save my attachments to drive. When I get rid of the Tout extension, it comes back. If you guys could work it out, I'd come back as this could be a real time saver for me. Thanks.
