DON'T WAST YOUR TIME DOWNLOAD THIS. IF YOU GOT IT YOU WILL BE RATING IT ONE STAR JUST LIKE I DID. OTHER PEOPLE LIE JUST SO YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT AND GET MAD THAT IT DOSE NOT WORK.

• (2016-04-18) Wayne Smith: Simple app takes pictures, animated gif and video, (webm), using the camera through webcam. Saves them to download directory or view webm directly using chrome browser. Does not require the system to have an internet connection. Big plus for me. On win 8/10 system it is great because some security settings on win 8/10 block camera from other applications, (specifically when the security settings allow for drag and drop of files). Big plus for me. Draw backs: no sound, for mpg4 video the needs to be converted. Only will work with cameras that work with chrome browser. Overall, if you have a windows tablet, this is an easy solution to make a fast and easy video/gif that can be used/published within minutes.

• (2016-01-02) tyler: cool for taking pictures but if you try taking a video, it will not have sound even if you try to un-mute it.
