ScopeRental

ScopeRental adds an on-page analytics panel to Zillow rental search results. With one click, it parses the listings you’re viewing and builds comps—rent, bedrooms, square footage, $/sqft, listing age—then shows a clean chart and a sortable table you can export to CSV.

What it does:
Reads the Zillow results you already have on screen
Computes averages (rent, beds, sqft, $/sqft, age)
Visualizes Monthly rent distribution (default), $/sqft distribution, or Rent vs Sqft
Lets you Load more cards and move to the Next page while keeping data persistent across pages
Exports CSV for spreadsheets or underwriting

Privacy
ScopeRental does not collect or transmit personal data.
All processing happens locally in your browser using the current page’s content.
Uses Chrome’s storage.local only to persist the current session’s dataset.
