It feels like an overhead to use those apps mainly because generally you need to leave your working space and go to some app to update ur worklogs or todos and in this digital world it is very easy to get distracted. For me BonsaiDash solves that problem. It is integrated right in the chrome and all the time accessible to me. At my work I heavily use this extension very effortlessly. It is a minimalistic extension with a focus on core functionalities, making it perfect for users who value a clutter-free environment. Note to developer: It amazing how the user interface is so simple and so interactive at the same time. Lot of work must have been gone to think about the design and interface. Loved the idea of using "new tab" as your go-to destination for managing & tracking your tasks, searching across browser. Amazed by the recently added feature which enables to customise the whole experience. Kudos to the developer.

Strangely, I've been one of the early users of Bonsaidash and it's previous version(OrganizeYou)! If you're curious and wondering why... Here are some reasons why I started using it as my to-do tracker (TL;DR): Ease of set-up and clean/appealing UI. It's been a nice change over from the basic Google page that shows up every time you open a new browser window/tab. The clutter-free look, the ability to choose our favourite backgrounds and tiny widgets enhances the visual appeal of the tool. Customizable — show/hide features as you like! The ability to personalize my dashboard with the content that I prefer based on my current mood and mental state is another thing that impresses me! Single place to focus. It helps me keep all my tasks in a single place and I love that I can tick it off once completed..like the same way I do with my pen and paper. I use it to manage tasks that I need to complete both on a daily basis and on a longer scale. The to-do list carries over every day. So, the yet-to-complete tasks will still show up for me to work on the next day. It's very convenient as it allows me to start in one place and come back throughout the day as my progress on tasks changes. Easy grouping. You can add tasks by date and use hashtags to group them. Hence you can easily prioritize and focus on a specific group. World Clock-No more messy time zone conversions! I work with several contacts spread across in various time zones. And, having the world clock right there is something so simple to keep track of multiple time zones, ensuring you to be punctual and in perfect sync with them WITHOUT the struggle of calculating the time differences all the time and having to put up a sorry face missing meetings! Focus on 1-thing at a time. Yes, we can add a Pomodoro timer to the task too.. This way every time you open a new tab, the 1-task that you wanna focus is right at the centre and helps to concentrate and complete the task with undivided attention. It aids me to organize my day into timed intervals of focused work sessions and necessary short breaks. Your privacy matters! BonsaiDash takes our privacy pretty seriously. There's no data collection, no hidden agenda - as they promise! Flawless Support. Find some feature that's annoying? Something is not working as expected? Feel that you wanna additional features? Now I do not have toggle where my work is as 90 percent of time I am in the chrome only. You add it and forget. when you need to know just click a tab and here you go. kudos to the developer.
