📋 Full Clipboard History: Every copy and paste is captured automatically in the background — no setup required. Clipify deduplicates entries, moves repeated items to the top, and organises everything by date so your most recent clips are always first.

📌 Pin Important Clips: Pin any entry to keep it permanently at the top, immune to the history limit and auto-clear. Perfect for things you reach for constantly — API keys you own, account numbers, recurring phrases, or template text.

📄 Snippets — Permanent Text Templates: The Snippets tab is a permanent library that lives completely outside your history. Save email signatures, boilerplate code, addresses, or any text you reuse often. Snippets never expire, never get pushed out by new copies, and can also be pinned.

🔍 Smart Search & Filtering: Search through your entire history and snippets instantly. Filter by Copy or Paste action. Results highlight matching text as you type.

✏️ Edit Before You Paste: Click the edit icon on any clip to open an inline editor and modify the text directly before copying it again. No popups, no separate windows — it expands right inside the card.

{ } JSON Prettifier: When Clipify detects that a copied entry is valid JSON, a one-click Prettify button appears. Expand it with proper indentation, then copy the formatted version instantly.

🌐 URL & Favicon Detection: Copied URLs show the site's favicon for quick visual recognition. Categories like email addresses, phone numbers, and code snippets are detected automatically.

🔒 Sensitive Data Masking: Clipify automatically detects patterns that look like credit card numbers, passwords, API keys, tokens, and private keys. These entries are blurred by default and require a deliberate click to reveal — protecting you if someone glances at your screen.

☁️ Sync Across Devices: Toggle Chrome Sync in settings to share your history and snippets across every device where you're signed into Chrome. Switch back to local storage at any time — your data migrates safely without any loss.

🗑️ Auto-Clear on Schedule: Set Clipify to automatically remove entries older than 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. Pinned items are always preserved regardless of the schedule.

Everything is stored locally using Chrome's built-in storage. Clipify makes no external network requests. The only outbound connections are loading the font from Google Fonts (for the UI) and fetching favicons from Google's public favicon API when you copy a URL — neither involves your clipboard data.
