  • (2020-10-27) Tracy: Constantly having to remove and re-install this thing just to get it to work. Hate this app but I can't use my CAC without it.

  • (2020-07-13) Otniel Zamora: app won't launch..

  • (2019-12-08) Dennis Nano: just installed today and it works. hope i dont have any problms in the future. using an asus chromebook.
  • (2019-04-24) Sam Schultz: App does not launch
  • (2019-04-10) Eric Davis: Worked great on my old ASUS chromebook as long as the Smart Card Connector app is also installed and linked to this app. You should be able to tell that Smart Card Connector can see this app in the Connected Apps section (you should also be able to see your reader in the Smart Card Readers section, and see the icon for the reader change when you insert and remove your card).
  • (2019-03-29) Danny Correa: Works like a champ on my Pixelbook. I was using CacKey, but that app suddenly stopped recognizing the certs on my Cac. I installed this, and was able to access Cac enabled sites immediately. For those wondering, this app does not "launch". Make sure you have smart card connector installed, and go to the site you need to access. Your CAC certs will pop up for you to choose followed by a pin input dialogue. One more thing for those having issues, have you tried using Chromes incognito mode? With the other app, I had to use incognito mode for it to work (before it stopped working altogether). I don't have to do that with this app, but it may work for you.
  • (2018-11-24) Emily: I click launch continuously but nothing happens so I don't get how this is supposed to work.
  • (2018-11-07) micah j: this would've gotten 1 star except for the fact that it worked for about 2 months. then it didn't. there's no options to force this app to work or even to diagnose the problem. even the developer website doesn't offer help with chromebook. they only mention that you can get this very app that doesn't work. how nice.
  • (2018-08-31) This has come a long way from when I was in the test group a couple years ago! My only complaint is that I cannot get it to recognize by BAI Mobile Bluetooth CaC reader... Any support for that planned?
  • (2018-04-08) Chris: Doesn't work, will not load up any certificates on websites.
  • (2018-02-22) Chris St. John: Kind of pointless for most people to have this as Chrome OS still won't allow the correct certificates needed for most CAC related sites.
  • (2018-02-14) Devin K: It won't launch. I can see it running in the task manager, but how to do get it launch it's window?
  • (2016-12-09) Al Mo: It doesn't work
