- What happened to your extension? Yesterday was fine (November 3, 2025), but today it's changed. The downloaded file is not on their original file names, also needed to be "in the new create folder" not "Download" directory folder from Windows due to "it contains system files". Please fix this ASAP! Revert the changes!

- Working as intended, nice touch to give an option for choosing quality. Maybe if we could have an option to combine HD videos with sound like how Facebook itself does, it would be very useful.

- Works well on FB Reels, which is what I wanted, but the video title is usually the first line after the channel name, it's my only complaint, and it's not like I found anything better. Would be great if that could be fixed, but it might not be possible.

- I only wanted it to download one video and that's what it did, maximum resolution and very fast. So, works. Haven't tried to do anything more 'exotic' with it.

- Works well overall. It downloads most videos on Facebook with a simple overlaid icon in a quick and easy way, including those in the stories. It also lets you choose if you want to save the HD or SD version of the video and set your preferred setups on file naming too. A couple of improvements it needs: 1. Let us adjust the overlay icon size, the current one is a bit small, it's fine for me but for some users it might help to get a bigger one. 2. Let us download by clicking on the button in the Chrome toolbar and/or let us download directly with a hotkey.

- Works great, but I wish it would save to a directory of my choosing and not the same ESUIT directory. If I'm saving to a specific folder each time, it should learn that I want that folder (and used the last folder selected). Why does it have its own forced folder strucutre?

- Does absolutely nothing! I downloaded this to save facebook stories which it says it does. I never saw the icon in the video even after reloading the browser. I clicked on the extension and all it does it open a box that asks you to login and suggests more extensions. Deleting this right now. Don't waste your time.

- It can't access the video since 30-10-2024. It says ""This video does not have any available downloadable resources. Please contact the developer for assistance. They will work to resolve this issue." ..It doesn't seem to work properly when I log in with any Facebook account. But it works when I access the video without logging in.

- neither version, downloads HD. The bulk version doesn't do bulk, it doesnt even give an option too as shown in the product image. only downloads a VERY scaled down version of what you want. pretty frustrating. stay away.

- It works properly, but it has a big problem: When you download stories, the filename is always the same and replaces the older file with the same name. I suggest adding a Guid to the name. Regards
