How often, reading a great article, you lose the place from which you started scrolling? This application will help you to always see the place from which you started scrolling. Every time you start to scroll, the application will draw a line in this place. You can set a color of the line, width, style, position, transparency, and delay.

Doesn't work. I've set up colors, location, delay, etc. I've "enabled" it. Nothing happens.
