This app is not made by eBay, and therefore unlikely to be as secure, or updated and maintained by eBay as well. I have removed and disabled this app several times before so why does it keep appearing when I start chrome? I don't like it when any rogue program has more control over my device than I do, so please, do us all a favor and remove this 3rd party crapp and make eBay crawl out of the shadows to handle their own business!
