If you open the same website in a new tab, the volume goes back to concert levels and you have to click the icon for the extension to remember you've customized settings for that tab/website. It would be better if the user could save a preset for a specific website and that preset to work always - without additional clicking on the extension icon.

My suggestion is you remove Chorus, Reverb, and Limiter and add a Compressor like the FrankerFaceZ extension adds it to Twitch.tv, or it can just be toggle but I think a compressor makes everything sound better.
