Description from store Note: This is a free-mium plugin. The free version offer limited functionality and the subscribed version provide full functionality. If it's not working, please disable other WhatsApp extensions and try, then it will work. And make sure you always have latest version of the extension. It downloads numbers from various sections. Please note, it can only download the numbers that are visible on web.whatsapp.com. Troubleshoot Tips: 1. After payment, if it's asking for subscription again, please follow below steps. If it's resolved at any step, stop and continue with your work. a) Try clicking "Already paid, login" button which appear after you click "Download" button. Enter your email which you used during subscription. You will received an email with link to login. Click it. This has to happen in same browser. b) Uninstall the extension and Install again. Now try to login same like step 1. c) Disable other extensions and try step 2 and step 1. d) If none of the above works, please record the problem (while you are trying step 1) and send it to [email protected]. Or click, help button in the footer and WhatsApp to us. 2. If you are not able to see the "Download" button? Your screen resolution could be high, please reduce it and you should be able to see it. 3. You want to un-subscribe. Please click, "Cancel Subscription" button from the footer and cancel your subscription. Or WhatsApp us Or email us. Please remember once you cancel your subscription, your extension won't work. (2024-01-19) VENU M: I have been using this extension and it is a very useful tool. This Extension works well If you use it for normal WhatsApp Chat groups. But, It was UNABLE to extract mebmer contact from "Broadcast Groups". I brought that issue to the notice of the development team on 23-Nov-2023. They responded positively and stated that they would see if they can fix that. (to include Broadcast Groups into the extraction ability.) But the latest release / version 0.8.9.7 Updated on 16-January-2024, which was SUPPOSED to work for "Broadcast Groups" does NOT WORK for Broadcast Groups at ALL. List of Bugs as I see: ================ 1) It does NOT Recognize the "Broadcast Group Names" Correctly. (It lists them as NNNNNNNNNN@broadcast where NNNNNNNNNN is a number. 2) For each Broadcast Group this extension creates a excel sheet with only headings, but no rows (It finds 0 members for that group) 3) The headings that it shows are: Country Code Phone Number Saved Name Public Display Name Contact Labels It does not allow/include even the Broadcast group name 4) All the individual broadcast gorup member files are creted with the "SAME NAME" i.e., GroupName.xlsx... So, if you have 5 Broadcast Groups, it will create GroupName.xlsx GroupName (1).xlsx GroupName (2).xlsx GroupName (3).xlsx GroupName (4).xlsx 5) And It seems to create only 10 broadcast Excel files even when you have more than 10 Broadcast groups . I have been in touch with the development team and today (2024-01-19) Mr Veera and I had a zoom call for him to see how and IF can fix the "Broadcast Groups" issue and to bring "Broadcast Groups" into this tools' purview. I hope they succeed. PS: 1) Mr Veera informed me that "another user also informed them" of the problem with "Broadcast Groups". 2) I use Broadcast groups extensively. 3) I am a paying user of this tool (monthly subscription).
