Forum.ge user posts ratings

User can see results of post ratings and has ability to rate post.
Add-on works only on the mentioned web site and no other sites are supported.

Added themes for the forum:
The user can select a theme's style and change the visibility of the forum

Added new functionality:
- improved user post rating functionality

- User can add another user as friend
- User can add posts and pages to saved places, so that later he can return from the pop-up list quickly
- automatic user navigation history saving, so that later he can return from the pop-up list quickly
- User can view the latest posts of other users in a pop-up window
- User can view their own profile page with own rating and statistics
- User can view who tagged him
- Tool icons added to other pages
