• (2022-12-21) Tony Torkelson: I've been using this app for many years. It's helped me write notes post bills all kinds of stuff. Why did they take it out of the Store?
• (2022-10-15) Brent R Brian: I have transcribe over 2,000 genealogy documents. Wills, deed, court records. It does require some editing when done, but all of them do (eating potato chips does not help the accuracy).
• (2021-07-16) Nguessan Yobouet: It is pretty good overall, but it looks like it always type at the end of the text you are dictating. Let's say you would like to edit (by dictating) a word inside the text you have created, even if you put the cursor inside the text whatever you say will type not where you put the cursor but after the whole text you have created. Has anyone faced that issue? Please help.

• (2020-08-27) Leslie A.: The dictation is AWEFUL! I spoke and it got all the wrong words and there are so many Russian ads you canot even get it to work.
• (2020-07-13) Marlon Reynolds: I am flagging and uninstalling this extension because of the security risk it presents. It was reported by a security extension (Guardio) as being an app that is not secure in a scan, and disabled. One of the last things I need in this world is another security risk. Be extremely careful with this product.

• (2019-11-03) HARISH KUMAR: i just used to create a document but it hacked my system and my laptop is operating from remote place when i left thew system . so be carefful . this is true it happened to me yesterday. so i immediately cutoff my internet. so dont use this app or extension be careful all these are useful but they will try to see what u are watching in yur system and they can operate your system from remote place.

• (2018-11-25) rick hadlock: VoiceNote II stopped working in VoiceNote II. It had worked very nicely for 2 years, but suddenly it stopped. Using Windows 10. Google Chrome 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable). I ran "Microphone Setup" > Troubleshooter. It says "Problems Found Audio format not set to default ..... Fixed" but VoiceNote II still does not work. Can anyone help? VoiceNote II is completely dead and non-functional.
• (2018-10-22) Shane Eckel: This is so good! Using Google's speech to text technology, this is very accurate! It's unfortunate that the last update was April 2014 because it's such a great tool that, perhaps, there's more that can be done with it based on the new tech and tools in the last 4.5 years. Another thing that is very slick is that it opens up in a 'dictation window' separate from your Chrome browser. This is a benefit for me as I see using this power for other apps. I'll just initiate the app in Chrome, dictate, then copy and paste into Word, or any other sw. Conversely, I've tested other apps that will not work in my Gmail. I use a 3rd party CRM app which enhances my 'New Message' window for Gmail. While this is great, and necessary for my CRM app, other dictation extensions would not work at all. This lead me to VoiceNote II and it works beautifully! --Question: Does anyone know how to give it commands like (new paragraph, next line, underline, make bold, etc.?). These 'voice commands' would make it perfect in my eyes! Thanks in advance for anyone's input on my question! :)

• (2018-06-30) I like trying new apps so this app does turn your words to text quite well and, well thats about it for the pros (quite a few better apps, more features,functions, don't demand internet connection (i can feel my data being sucked off the storage). Doesn't auto save??? Where are in depth instructions someone asked. Response was,their in the title. Love Soviet humor. Try Speech-To-Text. Voice control short cuts vs running cursor around for the right function, etc etc etc. Can't auto number lines/paragraphs or use check boxes, auto save, work off line.....Hiemno Thovarish

• (2018-02-19) Maya Singh: I am writing this review using their own product as I speak the voice note recognizes my language whether it's Hindi English English in Australian accent its doing great so far I've used it with the Hindi language and its working really nice so far I'll give it a 4.5 star just because it's not completely the highest but I love the interface I just love using it it's very simple and it I think it would help me in my education further.
• (2018-02-16) Vienna veer: Well this is definitely the very best speech to text app that I've ever seen and right now all this text is being generated by my voice and even if you have a lot of noise in the background this app doesn't care one bit it just writes what you say only thing you have to watch out for is that you don't try and talk to the computer like you're talking to a person but for the rest it's like the easiest app you can click click and it works you set your language and you can go and do whatever you want you have time left
• (2018-02-07) E Maccabee: great cause its free, buggy as hell, constantly misses what you say, cuts off the mic, or freezes if it doesnt understand a word, ban be very frustrating if you get on a roll and look back over your notes and cant makes sense of them.

• (2017-10-26) Long Khiet: It works well mostly but it can also get words or whole phrases and sentences wrong. Sometimes the words it enters isn't even remotely close to the words or sentences I spoke. That gets old fast and it take me longer to fix than if I typed it down myself.

• (2017-08-19) Kotonoha Katsura: The program recognises speech very well. Because it's Google I think. But it would be so much better if you could correct single words in the middle of the sentence. If you want to recorrect words you have to delete the whole sentence first. So please dear developers fix this little tiny problem and your program will be the best on the market.
