How it works

1. Install the extension
Add the Shop Hero - Technician Leaderboard & Hours Tracker from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Set up your technicians
Add your technicians by name or ID so their time can be tracked separately (we can do this automatically through the Tekmetric integration).
3. Start tracking hours
As technicians work, we track their hours through the extension. No additional work needed. Just keep using Tekmetric as you normally do.
4. Review the leaderboard
Open the leaderboard view to instantly see who is at the top and bottom of the rankings for any selected time range.
5. Take action
Use the insights to recognize top performers, address gaps, and keep your shop operating at peak efficiency.
