File Roller is an archive manager with support for many types of archives including popular ZIP and RAR formats. It allows to view the content of archives, create new and modify existing archives using files in your cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox and, naturally, it allows to easily extract files from archives.
The archiver supports: .7z, .arj, .cab, .iso, .jar, .rar, .tar.gz, .tgz, .zip and more.

- It is the worst APP I have ever tried to use! Save about 30 minutes and look for another app because you will do it anyways.

- after uploading it .. installing it.. wont access files... does not show on menus to share files with.. to open with... not intuitive to use... gonna have to uninstall after wasting aprox forty mins... annoyed

- Only app that worked with Chromebook, but the interface was so terrible (multiple popups) with ZERO instructions, that I eventually gave up... And I consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to computers. This app is a total waste of time, seriously.

- Horrible. Constantly locks up. Download Linux and make your Chromebook a "real" laptop.

- I give up. I am unable to extract a simple .png from an .rar file on this thing. I'll just get a PC computer, instead of going through an infuriating process such as this.

- Kinda sucks, but if you have a Chromebook, then this is the only App I am aware of that lets you open password-protected archives, so no matter how annoying it is it's kind of a must have. For now.

- makes you create an account, had to give access an cloud hard drive. Never extracted file properly. Did not work. Do not recommend using.
