- In ALL the time I've used this extension (which is pretty much EVERY day) - I have yet to see 1 dime back - WT????????????? .....And move the pop up (or at LEAST enable minimize) so we can log in - terrible placement!!!!

- This extension is a scam. I bought something from Crocs and according to the extension info I have to wait until the return period is over and they pay it out every month. Well it's past due those dates and I still have nothing returned, and I even have an RBC bank account. You can't even see the statuses of your cashback or how much you've earned. Useless extension.

- Authentication errors. This thing is garbage.

- wow. just wow. SO bad. multiple activating the plugin to even get it going, after it's activated it still shows you need to "install". it is useless if you are Canadian as it directs you primarily to US versions of the sites you want, doesn't show cash back options, just shockingly useless. Use Flipgive or Rakuten instead - they are smooth to get to sites, amazing selection of stores, getting your cashback works flawlessly, the staff are responsive.

- Requires RBC clients to use their online banking sign-in, something that is a really bad practice from a security standpoint. I guess I will stick with one of the other cash back tools.

- It doesn't load my offers properly. Twice now on fairly big purchases I have loaded the offer and then by the time I complete the purchase it has gone back to needing to be activated. VERY frustrating.

- Does not work. I've load offers quite a few times now and noticed that none of my purchases got registered in the Cash Back activity in my Avion app, should've used Rakuten instead and could've gotten more money back by now.
