RapidSave (formerly Redditsave) extension allows you to download reddit videos with audio.
With this extension, you can download reddit videos and gifs embedded from v.redd.it, imgur, gfycat, streamable, giphy etc for free.
These are the steps to download videos from reddit using this extension:
Step 1: Open reddit and locate the post which contains the video or gif you want to download.
Step 2: Click on the RapidSave (formerly Redditsave) extension's icon on the top right bar of your browser (red download icon). The download page will be opened in a new tab.
Step 3: Click the "Download HD Video" button to download and save the video to your local device storage.

There is also a right-click option.
Just right-click on the post title/url, then select redditsave on the right-click menu. This will take you to the download page quickly.

- (2024-01-30) Aone: Does what I'd expect. For people who didn't use the website prior downloading this it may seem like a "scam" but really it saves couple of clicks. There's no actual way to download a video off of Reddit (or youtube) via a Chrome extension as Google doesn't want that to work anymore. With this, you click on a button, website opens, you click one more button and video downloads. It's just one click harder than cookie clicker. I appreciate the time save

- (2023-11-15) S T: Used to work, as of a few months ago it just stopped working on reddit and now gives me the "This is not a valid Reddit post.". Not sure what that's about but I hope they get that fixed.

- (2023-05-19) Alvar: It really doesn't work. There's no option to download when right clicking on video hosted on reddit and while there's option to download when right clicking on the title or thumbnail it just throws and error that says this is not a valid reddit post. Outdated?

For example, if I'm downloading a video from a particular subreddit, put that subreddit in the filename itself. But it does download the video, so it does the job.

You have to be in the comments on a post, click on the icon of the extension, it will then open a tab to the website where you can then click an option to download it. There's other extensions that can download it while browsing a subreddit with the click of a button, don't waste your time.
