Why it isn't working anymore?
sales navigator chrome extension not working.Please share with me what can i do now ?
Devastated. Linkedin bought Rapportive, made it worse, and is now shutting it down. It makes me sad when companies get acquired and destroyed. There's no other app that I've found yet that is quite as helpful as Rapportive (now Linkedin Sales Navigator) was. Sad end to a great tool Shutting down March 18th.

why you eliminating this app?? Are you aware that this little daily insight IS what brings us back to Linkedin almost daily? You're going to lose traffic and engagement when this is gone we hope you rethink it. :)
When its name was Rapportive it was a great app but after changing ownership it getting worst but last update in 2019 was good but right now they want to stop . Sales Navigator for Gmail is now a great tool, it should not be sunset.

It is forever overlapping on top of my list of emails - instead of sitting nicely as a sidebar.
It doesn't work. Just time-to-time the window on the right side shows up with information. Most time there is no even the popup :(

PLEASE FIX. This extension has been great for a while, however, I'm now using Streak (a CRM designed to live within Gmail) and there is a conflict between the two extensions. I reached out to Streak's team to fix this and they said they've reached out to the LI team but the LI team has been uncooperative. This is very disappointing. Both are great extensions, but I've had to disable this one because Streak provides CRM functionality that I need. I'm looking forward to a future where I can use both of these extensions together. Thanks!

the lite version used to be useful, and thanks for the team, but recently it shows nothing but just "Something went wrong while displaying this profile. Please reload or try again later" when I hover the mouse over the mail address, do something to help over this, regards.

I liked it. When it was working. It isn't working now and I'm missing a lot of the functionality I had when it was working in Gmail. Very hard to understand why LinkedIN Sales Navigator isn't updating the extension with so many users paying for Sales Navigator. Perhaps add it to the Add-On section of Gmail? Any help getting it back up working would be appreciated.
Now working again, most of the time. Oct 2017. It is now April 2019: sometimes it does not show. I need to clear the cache. Otherwise, great to add people to LinkedIn.

Hi, It worked very well last week. But now it can not work any more, it can pop up the window but always says "Something went wrong while displaying this profile. Please reload or try again later." no matter what email address I typed. My version is v2.0.6, and I had updated it as your method under developing model, and I also tried to clear caches and cookies, but the problem is still on. I'm going crazy. How can I fix this problem?

I love this extension for viewing Linkedin profiles in Gmail but It doesn't work a majority of the time. It just goes away and I can't figure out how to turn it back on.
