Richtig eingesetzt kann es einen komplexen Onboarding-Prozess auf die individuellen Parameter begrenzen und der Nutzer kann mit allen nötigen Informationen durch komplexe Prozesse geleitet werden. Insbesondere für Ersteinrichtungen mit einmaligen Prozessen leistet es fantastische Dienste und Auswertungen. Die Chrome-Erweiterung ist durchdacht und funktioniert einwandfrei, die Knowledge Base von Appcues sowie der Customer Success sind exzellent – das System ist aber in der Tat sehr selbsterklärend. Nur zu empfehlen!

• (2020-10-29) Rock Paper Coin Team: We started using Appcues 2-3 months ago and now we can't imagine our platform without it! We use two different onboarding flows tailored to our different user types, tool tips for assisting users throughout our platform, and modals to communicate site outages or maintenance. We LOVE the flexibility it offers and we think it elevates the overall experience for our users. We're excited to learn more and utilize the Appcues features even more!
• (2020-04-09) Crystal Ma: As a fairly non-technical product designer, Appcues is like wizardry to me. It gives me the powers to create wonderful user experiences with limited code knowledge. This isn't 5 stars because sometimes the extension is a little buggy and crashes. I also wish that there were an easier way to test out flows that are only meant to show once (if there's a way, let me know haha).
• (2020-04-01) Appcues enables our company to solve a long existing buisness need that we have had, with one very easy to use chrome extension. It allows us to quickly build onboarding flows, surveys, a/b tests, and other customer interaction, at a fairly low cost. The tool can be buggy, but their reps are very responsive.

The Chrome builder makes it incredibly easy to visually build these user flows and test them with your team. It takes less than 5 minutes to get the hang of using the chrome extension and you are off to the races. The reporting is great as well, and allows you to make easy business decisions.

• (2019-06-04) Juan Palma: Appcues makes it easy to implement user onboarding features into your webapp. Using their extension, you can easily drop in tooltips, feature tours, announcements, etc. with easy, no-code widgets, with very little learning curve, and best of all: you can do all of this on-the-fly! Made a typo in a help tooltip? Open the appcue, edit it, and publish it. You're done! No need to make changes on Dev, test changes, make a build, deploy to QA, validate changes and push to production.
• (2019-06-04) Roger Symonds: Appcues is fantastic, it's easy to setup and create flows for customers to onboard with. We've set up several "choose your own adventure" style onboarding flows. This way our customers can get to the information they want quickly, and also they have a way to come back and learn more later. With this approach they discover new functionality and use-cases for our product, which increases stickiness over time. This extension was a huge help, it helped me troubleshoot my flows to make sure they were working as we wanted.
