Software Description:
The Balto Auto Start/Stop Chrome Extension serves to facilitate use of Balto live guidance desktop application with a the clients phone service. While logged into the Vonage VCC, the Extension monitors the user's content for the start and stop of Inbound and Outbound phone calls. When a change in call disposition is detected, the Extension notifies your Balto desktop application to start or stop Balto, ensuring Balto is always available for you when you need it.

DATA COLLECTION and PRIVATE POLICY:
The Extension stores and retrieves your username and Balto-issued security token in your Chrome browser.
