- (First review) This completely resolved the virus I had, no pop ups or anything else with my laptop! I clicked on a link for a recipe on Facebook and it took me to a screen that says you have a virus. All of a sudden I kept getting these pop ups on my Chromebook. I contacted customer service and they kindly opened a ticket to help me in every way. I thank them so much! (New review) This extension has done quite well for me. I have had a billing issue for the last 2 months of having the extension and I am very disappointed. I never had a problem with what Webdefender does internally for my laptop, but the billing stuff, I just do not get. On the other hand, they canceled my subscription, I asked them what happened and to take the money out of my account again so I can feel safe online. They were able to take the money out, I was still canceled, and then they refunded the money back to me, like huh??? Still canceled for some reason. This is activating my PTSD and I am so over it! Uninstalling quickly... (Third review) Once again, I spoke with customer service and told them I uninstalled and I would not be back for a while, and I asked, "please do not take any money out of my account again," in a nice way... Today not too long ago, I saw they have attempted to take out the money again. "After I have spoken to customer service in an email. "Come on guys!" I am minding my own business and not trying to make trouble online. I am stating my opinion. I had to add the extension again just to submit another review. Please do not charge my card for this anymore. I am being as nice as possible. Do not charge me again!!! Thank you, uninstalling again.... Have a blessed day.
