Description from store
This software provides you an ability to mount your Dropbox to Chrome OS (unofficial software).
[Note 2020/01/04] Currently, there is an issue at mounting (the authorization window cannot be opened), and now investigating. As the workaround, the authorization window will be opened after clicking mount button continuously.
Notes:
* This works on only ChromeOS.
* It will unmount automatically when the access token is expired to access Dropbox Core API.
* Multiple accounts can be mounted at the same time.
* The same feature as Project Infinite already supported.

- (2022-09-06) Joseph Dugas: This app never remembers my username and password after I restart my computer. It's ridiculous.
- (2021-09-22) Marley Janssens: Super happy with this app!
- (2021-02-12) Lincoln Donaldson: Gives me access to Dropbox from within the file system of my Chromebook. Exactly what I need.
- (2020-10-17) Luke Darnell: Worked as advertised. Just wish it would open all of the files instead "Chrome OS can't open this file" showing up.
- (2020-04-15) Paddy MacMahon: This has stopped working. I have a pixel slate. On trying to mount dropbox, the login box flashes up, then immediately disappears, with the message "Failed to mount. Authorization page could not be loaded." This happens no matter how many times I attempt to mount dropbox.
- (2020-04-14) Lee Hennessy: Wow, the app can't even start. It literally can't function on my chromebook. When I click "mount dropbox," literally the first action you can take after launching the app, I immediately get an error message. What a mess.
- (2020-04-09) Laura Candelaria: This literally doesn't work.
- (2020-04-04) Mike Brewer (Curly): I have an Acer Chromebook R 13 and this app does not work. You cannot login.
- (2020-03-18) Arthur M: Used to work and was very nice- now wont mount :-(
- (2020-02-25) Michiel: It works again (after last update?) Perfect, thanks for this app.
- (2020-02-11) Mike Bosschaert: Although it may work for some, this extension does not work for me on my Lenovo C340 Chromebook with updated apps and OS. I have tried the 'continuous click' method to get my Dropbox mounted but does not work. Hope this bug will be solved soon! Anyway, thanks to the developer to try to make this extension available for the users!
- (2020-01-28) Ericka Jasmine Rodulfo: always says that "FAILED TO MOUNT, AUTHORIZATION PAGE COULD NOT BE LOADED" can someone fix this? Thank you
- (2020-01-02) Eric Schultz: I'm sure it used to work, but now it just says it couldn't load the authorization page when I try to mount my DropBox.
- (2019-12-31) Philip Reynolds: It has yet to work. I keep getting error "Failed to mount: authorization page could not be loaded." The promised close integration of Dropbox was one of my main reasons for getting a chromebox in the first place.
- (2019-12-20) David Schwartz: Getting error "Failed to mount: authorization page could not be loaded." Used to work like a charm. Will come back and change my review if it ever starts working again.
- (2019-12-20) Sean McAndrew: Kept getting the Failure to mount error. Nothing I could do to get it working.
- (2019-10-02) J. H. Louie née Purdin: This is wonderful; three minutes later I can use dropbox easily to save my notes. My sincere gratitude to the developer!
- (2019-09-16) Roy Nwaisser: This is great when it works. But I am constantly getting notifications that say "An operation is taking longer than expected. Do you want to abort it?" It has been like this for months. I have contacted the developer who didn't help. It's bad enough that Dropbox won't sync as a result of this, but no matter how many times I "abort" the operation the notification comes back an infinite number of times so it is always occupying part of my screen. I can't ever get rid of it unless I restart and then it eventually comes back.
- (2019-07-29) Ed Green: Works great!
- (2019-06-10) stu erskine (HiggsBoson): This works great on my Chromebook. I tried another app for MS's OneDrive. Lots of connection problems. I am very happy with this app.
- (2019-04-30) Paul Wm Moore Architect: I found it worked great. I found it easy and very useful. It maximized the usability of dropbox on chromebook........then I upgraded to dropbox for business. and it now fails. It doesn't access business folders. Furthermore, it appears to be overly time consuming to get the attention of support.
- (2018-12-28) Peronopsis: It seems to work, but I've just this second installed it. I am working on a Pixel Slate, and this 'mounting cloud drives' thing will be a critical and extremely useful function if it does work consistently. My great appreciation to the developer and the developers skills in recognising and implementing this service.
- (2018-10-22) Can't connect beyond the Sign In pop-up, though Dropbox recognises that my computer is accessing it.
- (2018-09-30) Roberto Gilli: Works fine! Thank you! :-)
- (2018-06-24) Lichi: Works as advertised. Must have for PixelBook or Chrome OS users.
- (2018-06-16) Joe V: Works! Thanks for making this. Mount authentication issue from earlier this month (June 2018) seems to be fixed.
- (2018-06-07) Teri Tuller: Getting error "Failed to mount: authorization page could not be loaded"
- (2017-10-01) Rodrigo L. S. Silva: Excellent app for any chromebook. It index dropbox file system without downloading all the files, just like the way android phones deal with it. Very usefull, specially if you have a good internet connection.
- (2017-09-23) kalee: Allows easy access to dropbox from my chromebook.
- (2017-07-20) Like it--- but like others-- I have to remount the dropbox multiple times a day! It almost makes it no better than logging into their web based file system. Please fix asap!
- (2017-06-05) Tagert Ellis: I love this extension, but a new bug has made it much less useful. As the previous review mentions, a new chrome os update has hamstrung this extension-- now requires me to remount my dropbox almost every time i open my computer after an hour or so of inactivity. This is extremely frustrating and I hope the dev will update soon to fix this!
- (2017-06-03) Tim Bolin: since last chrome os update (acer r11), will no longer stay connected. upon restart, i have to re-link my account every time. works fine after that, until i restart again, but it is incredibly annoying to have to log in every time now. makes this effectively useless.
- (2017-05-20) Stopped working after Chrome update. Keep getting message asking if I want to abort. Files no longer seem to be syncing to my Dropbox account if I work on them using my ASUS C302 Chromebook.
- (2017-05-20) Jennifer Tanner: Doesn't work at all with ASUS Flipbook. ChromeOS pops up constantly with a message that it's taking too long and asks if I want to abort.
- (2017-05-08) אחים מוסקוביץ מומחים לחיזוק אריחים נופלים: It drives me crazy!! allways popup saying it needs to be restarted and its just bad! chrombook hp 13.3 g1
- (2017-03-30) Tom Hallman: This is so great!! Thank you to the developer for making this available!
- (2016-12-11) This works well, my work dropbox contains thousands of files and it loads what I search for quickly... one thing I would like to find out(of it is available) is access to the selective sync feature so I don't have to see the whole companies files only those that pertain to me.
- (2016-11-28) Olivier Goudreau: App doesn't work with chromebook at all.
- (2016-11-22) Mike Farley: Excellent! Very handy and entirely intuitive - just works, as it should. Shared folders work just as well as one's own, which is the essential thing for me, since this is why I use Dropbox. Very pleased - this will save a lot of time and hassle.
- (2016-09-14) Patrick Pray: Just what I needed, as I have many files stored in Dropbox, and occasionally need to email files from Dropbox without leaving ChromeOS. The mounting process took seconds, and I was immediately able to access Dropbox from Mail on my Chromebook. I only wish this was a standard feature of ChromeOS...
- (2016-08-26) Love it - be great to be able to download from Chrome direct to Dropbox and not sure folders shared with me are visible?
- (2016-08-02) John R. Sowash: A very handy tool. Simple and easy to use. You will need to re-connect your account fairly regularly due to the session timeout policy that Dropbox enforces.
- (2016-07-08) Famiel Xing: Works well, so far no issues. However, it sometimes tend to give loading errors and if you aboard then you have to login again
- (2016-05-01) Mary: It's valuable for me reaching my Dropbox from the Chromebook file system. But, I would like the ability to share files and upload them (now they are just stored locally in my Dropbox folders). Also, there is a problem: A notification showing up in the lower right corner: A task (?) is taking longer than expected. Do you want to interrupt it? This notification box always shows as soon as I open this app.
- (2016-04-03) Virender Sangha: shows dropbox in the file explorer but I cannot save files to dropbox using this app
- (2016-03-27) Dan McKenzie: Cannot download attachments from Gmail. Keep getting error message that download not successful. This is the main reason that I wanted to use the application. Other than that, it shows all file in dropbox and allows me to attach files from dropbox
- (2016-02-22) Ymani Efunyale: Awesome. I soooo needed this for my Chromebook!
- (2016-02-06) MARK HUMPHRYES: Took a long time to mount, but eventually got there.
- (2016-02-04) Leslie Carbine: Thank God for Google! I just bought this Chromebook and the apps never cease to amaze me!
- (2016-02-01) Robin Noort: This program intergrades dropbox not flawless in to the filesystem of chromeos. it keeps the files in the cloud. so no local(offline) storage of dropbox files. program would be even better if it could store selectables folders offline although that is not really the idea of chromeos. the flaw that if ound was that when using pixlr i werent able to open pictures from dropbox
