Messenger notes

Personalized persistent notes for every messenger.com contact.

This extension attaches a small textbox next to each contact. Text inside is persisted and synchronized between browsers with the same extension and logged in use=r.

- feat: save textbox 2 seconds after the last keyup instead of on every keyup, resulting in fewer requests, reducing the likelyhood of being rate limited
- fix: because of saving on every keystroke, typing very fast could move the cursor to a previous location, resulting in general annoyance
